Our commitment

ATLAUA Inc. and its operating subsidiary ATLAUA Labs LLC are committed to making our website, atlaua.shop , accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about our products, become a member, and reach our team without barriers.

Standards we follow

ATLAUA strives to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

We design and maintain atlaua.shop with the following accessibility practices in mind:

• Sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive elements.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
• Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and form labels.
• Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements.
• Visible focus indicators for keyboard users.
• Screen reader friendly ARIA attributes on icon only controls and dynamic content.
• A skip to content link at the top of every page.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one time project. We conduct quarterly automated audits with Lighthouse and axe, periodic manual testing with screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows), and review new features for accessibility before release. When we ship third party components or embedded content, we evaluate their accessibility and either adapt them, replace them, or document known limitations below.

Known limitations

Some parts of atlaua.shop may not yet meet our Level AA target. Specifically, autoplay video content on the home page is paused on user request and ships with captions in development. If you find additional barriers, please tell us using the contact below and we will prioritize the fix.

When reporting a barrier, please include the URL of the page, the assistive technology you use, and a brief description of what is not working. We use that information to reproduce, prioritize, and fix the issue.

Third party content

Some pages on atlaua.shop integrate third party services for payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and shipping. Although we vet vendors for accessibility, we cannot guarantee that every third party component meets the same standards. If a third party flow blocks you, contact us and we will work with the vendor or offer an alternative path.

Formal complaints

If you live in the United States and believe you have been denied access to ATLAUA services because of a disability, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Before doing so, we ask that you give us the opportunity to address the issue through the contact email above.
